In a similar but alternate universe, the year was approximately 1944. 

A mysterious giant schnauzer known only as "Der Schnazi" commanded its drug-fueled superscientists to create an ultimate weapon. However, due to a bark-mistranslation, the device inadvertently shrank the entire Earth in to a tiny world.

You (codename BIG SISSY) happened to be secretly golfing on the moon at the time of The Event, and remained at your original size. With the tiny war still raging, you knew what needed to be done. Enormous putter in hand, you set forth to defeating the Schnazi forces.
